Board of Directors & HQ
The formation of the Rebellion came from the idea that everyone in a supporter group has something to offer and can contribute, and the members that make up Rebellion HQ have always reflected that. As a fluid organization allowing people to offer help when they can and contribute to what they feel they offer most, Rebellion HQ has been there along the way to help guide anyone who wanted to help grow the supporter culture in New England. We believe that with formal By-Laws and electing our Board of Directors, we put ourselves in an even better position to not only continue the growth of an amazing soccer hotbed, but make even greater strides forward.

Denis Gagnon - President
Denis grew up in a football family, played football, and thought nothing of soccer, until, at the urging of some friends, stayed up late every night to watch the 2002 World Cup. He was mesmerized by the magic of Ronaldinho and Landon Donovan and never looked back.
His first Revs game was in 2006 and he was immediately taken in by the fun-loving, passionate, and giving community that exists in the Gillette Stadium parking lot. Since then that love affair has seen him travel and drink from California to Atlanta, Toronto to Orlando, New Britain to Montréal, all while singing of the Glory of New England. With the 2026 World Cup in our own backyard, Denis is excited to lead The Rebellion during a year when that World Cup magic reminds us how important it is to open our hearts and doors to the world, and that our communities are stronger together.
A proud Nutmegger whose love of the Revolution is matched only by his love of Connecticut, Denis was born and raised in the Thread City of Willimantic.
Danny Jimenez- Vice President
Danny is our resident transplant New England fan. Originally from New York he grew up watching and playing soccer from a young age. He went to his first Revolution game in 2022 and immediately fell in love. Quickly joining the Rebellion HQ to become more involved and became a permanent fixture in the fort generally yelling every chant and complaining about calls. You can always find him in the lot probably eating and looking for a good conversation. Danny is also a fan of the Boston Bruins and will reluctantly watch the Patriots from time to time.
Cory Cloutier- Treasurer
From the moment he was playing on the U6 fields in his hometown, Cory’s world revolved around soccer. That passion was fully ignited when he attended the 1996 MLS Cup Final at Foxboro Stadium, a moment that hooked him for life. In the years that followed, he grew alongside the New England Revolution as a devoted supporter, and after graduating from Bryant University in 2012, he cemented that commitment by becoming a season ticket holder, never once looking back.
Cory officially joined the Rebellion in 2014 following the unforgettable Red Bull playoff match, and he has been a proud and dedicated member of the Rebel family ever since. His motivation has always been simple: to see the Fort grow stronger and the love for the club continue to expand. More than a decade later, Cory returns to the Board in yet another capacity. By the end of this season, he will have served on the Executive Board as Vice President, President, and now Treasurer.
Beyond the Revs, Cory is a lifelong Arsenal supporter, making Matt Turner’s time with the club a true dream come true. He lives in Mansfield with his wife Kasey and their son Connor, and as a family they love being at matches, fully immersed in the energy, the community, and the action that makes this club special.
John Bracewell - Secretary
John has always had a deep-rooted passion for New England sports—the kind of enthusiasm that starts early and only grows stronger with time. That passion took a major leap in 2014. When news broke that USMNT star Jermaine Jones would be signing with an MLS club for the remainder of the season, John tuned into the MLS All-Star Game specifically to catch the halftime announcement. The moment he learned Jones was joining the New England Revolution, something clicked. It felt like the perfect time to finally experience a match in person.
A couple of weeks later, John, Jay Schotter, and a group of friends headed to Gillette Stadium for what they assumed would be a fun night out. Instead, it became the beginning of a full-blown obsession. The energy of the crowd, the pace of the match, and the feeling of being part of something bigger hooked John instantly. He kept going back—attending numerous home games throughout the 2014 season and making it to every home match of the Revolution’s playoff run. By the end of that unforgettable year, becoming a season ticket holder wasn’t just a decision; it was inevitable.
John’s love for the sport extends well beyond the Revolution. He’s also a devoted supporter of Leicester City F.C., the Providence Friars, and nearly every professional New England or Boston team. Sports aren’t just a pastime for him—they’re woven into the rhythm of his everyday life. Today, John lives in Lincoln, Rhode Island with his wife, daughter, and son, all of whom have fully embraced the tradition. What began as John’s personal passion has grown into a family affair, and now all four are proud season ticket holders, sharing the excitement, the heartbreak, and the unforgettable moments together.
